ART |
- Increase the number of students taking part in extra curricular arts activities at KS3 to 20 students, especially boys and students from an ethnic minority.
- Increase the percentage of students from an ethnic minority taking art at key stage 4 (especially boys ) to 17%

To develop a programme of enrichment in art to raise level of achievement and raise aspirations.
- Year 1 – each year group at key stage 3 will participate in one workshop and visit at least one exhibition/gallery.

MUSIC |
- To increase the number of students participating in extra curricular music activities to 60, especially boys and students from an ethnic minority.
- To improve on the % of students opting to take music as an option at KS4 to 6% (approximately 25 students in y10 &11))

- To develop and establish a programme of visiting musicians, and off site visits, to enrich curriculum work at key stage 3 – at least one visit per term for each year group. (at least 9 activities in year 1)

DANCE |
To increase the number of students participating in extra curricular dance activities to 25, especially boys and students from an ethnic minority.
Increase the number of pupils taking GCSE dance. Special attention to be highlighted to the intake of boys participating. Increase up take by 6 students, at least three of these to be boys. |
KS3 Introduce a three-day workshop focussing in year 9 boys. Maximum number participating 15.
Dance residency with year 11 based on the set dance for 2005 GCSE pupils.

To establish rolling programme of INSET and support with departments within the school –
- 3 departments supported (English, History, Science) and 1 whole school training day.
