Key Stage 3 Overview (years 7-9)

The National Curriculum consists of subjects that students must study

Core Subjects

• Mathematics
• Science
• ICT

Foundation Subjects

• A Foreign Language
• Geography
• Art
• Music
• History
• Technology

Religious education and P.E are compulsary and are studied by all students.

Drama and Dance are not compulsary but are offered at Key Stage 3

In addition the following areas are delivered through PSHE:

• Citizenship
• Economic and Environmental awareness
• health and Sex education
• Personal and Social Education
