I am delighted to be Headteacher at Tividale Community Arts College. As a school with Arts status I am privileged to see so many students developing their talents in Arts, Music, Dance and Drama. There are opportunities for students to develop leadership skills through Junior Sports Leaders Awards, school council, working with year 5 and 6 students, Arts awards as well as showcasing their work and performances.

I want students to come to Tividale to get involved in school life, to feel valued, safe and secure. We are a place of learning and my staff work hard to ensure that this is a process which students are active participants. We will continue to set high standards for students in terms of attendance, punctuality, behaviour and achievement. I acknowledge that that this is not always easy to achieve but with team effort this is a goal I do intend to accomplish. The support of every parent and carer is vital in this process and therefore we have to work together to get the best out of
our students.

Tividale Community Arts College is a school with a vision. Driving that vision forward is Headteacher Ms J. Farrell and her extremely professional team of staff. I hope that all prospective parents and pupils will come to see us at the school.

The governing body is very proud of the school and the pupils achievements. We are also mindful that every child matters, regardless of their academic ability.
